PhraseCut is designed to keep your study data on your device. Saved items, review data, and app settings are stored locally unless you export them yourself.

You do not need to create an account to use the app. We do not directly collect your name, address, or similar personal profile information through the app.
Analytics and tracking
This website does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and the app does not build advertising profiles about you.
Exports and user actions
If you export your library to CSV or Anki-compatible files, that action is initiated by you. The resulting file is handled by the destination you choose.
